Castlecrag Progress Association: ‘Representing the Castlecrag Community'

Sunday 30 May: Annual General Meeting of the Progress Association at 2pm at the Castlecrag Community Centre. Robert Sheldon AM will speak on the restoration of the Haven Amphitheatre in the 1970s and launch of the DVD of the 2009 Carols Spectacular at The Haven Amphitheatre. All welcome and refreshments to be served.

Tuesday 24 August: General Meeting at the Castlecrag Community Centre, 7.30 for 8pm. Representatives of Willoughby City Council will give a presentation on the restoration of the Willoughby Incinerator. All welcome and refreshments to be served.

Willoughby District Historical Society: Notables who Shaped Willoughby, a special 2010 Heritage Festival event featuring displays of the local industrialists, architects and business people who helped shape the nation, including Walter and Marion Griffin and their internationally-recognised urban landscape design for Castlecrag. At the museum, Boronia, 58 Johnson Street Chatswood, open on 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month (1.30-4pm) and 2nd and 4th Thursday (10am–1pm): entry by donation.
